What is APEX?

The Microsoft IT APEX (Accelerated Professional Experience) program is a talent development program is a “Full time Employment Opportunity” with Microsoft IT, India which gives YOU a unique opportunity to work on 4 Cross functional assignments (each assignment is for 6 months) in the span of two years. All APEX engineers are also engaged in a string of educational courses to augment their leadership and business acumen.
APEX engineers have the distinctive opportunity to zoom in their career through broadened exposure to different areas of IT viz., Solutions Delivery, Quality & Business Excellence and Center of Excellence while working in the functions viz. development/testing/Program Management.
